As a Unclaimed Property Fee Finder Agent, you will contact people who have unclaimed property from a list given to you. Once you have searched for and contacted the person on the list, you will tell them that their name is on a list for the disclosed amount of excess surplus money shown on the list and offer a 3% finders fee for the process and/or if they don’t want to do the finders fee they can get the process started at a one time cost for a $200 down payment to get their claim started and processed. This is a Gig and you won’t be pressed to make regular calls as long as you have skills to talk and negotiate with people. A phone number will be generated for you to make calls from that will show, record and monitor the calls you make.
Your pay shall be 1% of each finders fee. 1% might not seem like much but the amounts of unclaimed money reaches into the thousands to hundreds of thousands and millions. For example if unclaimed property amount is $4,000 @ 3%=$1,200×1% you make $120 from just one phone call if a client opts for finders fee. If the client makes the $200 down payment @2% =$40. But remember this is just an example. You get to pick and choose which person on the list with the highest amount of money so, basically your work output dictates how you much you want to get paid. You work by commission remotely from your home and you get the percentage of what you earn during payout when the process is finished with the exception of the down payment you get paid the same day. You’re a freelancer and its your show. I put 25 hours per week, but like I said you make your own hours by your work output and are paid by what you earn it is all up to you.
