Job Description:
We’re in need of a skillful Unity Developer for the development of 2.5-3D games as part of our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in both iOS and Android app development and release, alongside strong skills in WebGL. Knowledge of Dynamo DB and SQL is preferred. You will be collaborating with our dedicated team of developers, designers, and project managers to create captivating and engaging games aimed specifically at the kids gaming market.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Transform game designs into operational games using Unity 2D and 3D.
• Build, maintain, and optimize efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Implement game functionality as per communicated design.
• Develop and implement game software for iOS and Android platforms.
• Test, debug, monitor, and document changes for mobile applications
• Interact with DynamoDB and SQL databases.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Conduct post-release / post-implementation reviews to optimize performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Unity Developer
• Extensive knowledge of game programming & architecture
• Experience with 2.5-3D game development in Unity
• Proficiency with WebGL
• Experience with iOS and Android app development and deployment
• Knowledge of Dynamo DB and SQL preferred.
• Past experience in kid’s gaming a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
