At Travel Time Agency (), we’re seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for our valued customers, all while enjoying the freedom of working from the comfort of your own home.
General hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
We offer 9 Paid Holidays off + New Year’s Day to accommodate any specific holidays you may observe.

Responsibilities:
* Customer Assistance: Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, offering travel recommendations, and assisting clients with bookings and travel-related queries.
* Trip Planning: Collaborate with our team to design personalized travel itineraries, taking into account client preferences, budget, and destination information.
* Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, maintaining databases, and organizing travel documentation.
* Research and Content Creation: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and attractions to create engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
* Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas, insights, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
* Research: Finding information online about marketing strategies, how businesses are using social media marketing, what new features are available on various social media platforms, and trends which can help improve a business.
* Analysis: Examining how competitors are using marketing tactics such as blogging, social media strategies, paid tools, backlinks, etc.
* Social listening: Reviewing feedback from customers and members of the target audience to find ways to improve what we offer.
* Customer service: Respond to inquiries, helping them to find the information they need, and answering basic questions while moving them down the funnel toward a conversion.
* Data entry: Organizing spreadsheets with information, maintaining and updating a database of customers with their contact information.
* Marketing: Creating and planning social media content, implementing follow/unfollow strategies, plan and schedule email content.
* Graphic design: Creating basic social media graphics using Canva or equivalent platform.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is preferred.
