Who You Are:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Unreal Engine Developer to join our small indie development studio. As an Unreal Engine Developer, you will be responsible for creating prototypes of game mechanics and systems using Unreal Engine’s Blueprints or C++. We value creativity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn. If you have a programming background, experience with Unreal Engine is preferred, but we are also open to considering candidates who demonstrate their skills solely within the engine. In fact, we’ll consider any applicant who is truly passionate about gaming or programming.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Unreal Engine’s Blueprints or C++ to develop prototypes of game mechanics and systems for our action-adventure game.
• Collaborate with the creative director, designers, and other team members to implement gameplay features and mechanics.
• Debug and optimize code to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Unreal Engine features and industry trends to leverage in our game development process.
• Actively participate in team discussions, providing insights and suggestions for improving game mechanics and systems.
