Job Description

We are a motion design, animation, production and post production studio. We are currently looking for an Unreal Engine real time environment artist for ongoing streaming tv cast shoots we will have scheduled in the upcoming months to be shot in-studio.

The ideal applicant will have experience with Unreal Engine motion tracking integration and integration with motion control tech. The on screen talent will have to integrate seamlessly into these photoreal environments projected virtually onto the LED volume stage.

We will need to generate several unique environments, in addition to stitching environments together using video plates (pre-shot video footage of environments for cast to interact with in studio instead of in the field. This work can be remote.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers to create high-quality real-time architectural visualizations and Environments using Unreal Engine 5
• Develop and optimize 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results
• Create and implement interactive features and timed events to explore and experience the spaces in real-time
• This job is remote, but we may need your virtual attendance for some shoots throughout the year.

Requirements:
• An exemplary portfolio of eye popping environments from various genres
• 3-5 years of experience as an Unreal Artist, with a strong focus on Environmental modeling and creation
• Experience with Real time motion tracking integration, XR, and ICVFX is helpful
• Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, materials, lighting, and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing software, such as Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to create visual interest with virtual sets
• Excellent artistic and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, color, and lighting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
