Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a virtual capacity. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and faxes.
Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in implementing best practices.
Lead source contacts from Linkedin and download them via excel sheets using softwares.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM PH time, Monday to Friday.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a virtual/remote work environment is preferred.
