I’m looking for a Part-time Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant (20-30 hours/week). Hours will be a flexible hour. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Bookkeeping, Managing, Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails, and assistant work. You will be doing various tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Your Top Tasks:
Bookkeeping tasks like payroll and paying bills
Managing Books
Answer emails to clients on my behalf
Answering calls
Manage appointments, schedule, and send reminders.
Client follow-up.
Copywriting
Texting and Email Marketing
Phone Support
Other assistant work
Job Requirements:
Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
Willing to during the hours listed above.
Have a smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus!!!!

Pay:
You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
You will be paid based on hours worked.
You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
