As a Customer Service representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring unparalleled assistance for both our valued customers and teachers/practitioners. Serving as the initial point of contact, you will adeptly handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and furnish comprehensive information about our innovative apps and services. We are on the lookout for an ideal candidate—a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and an unwavering passion for delivering extraordinary customer experiences.

Responsibilities:?

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to as-sist with inquiries, orders, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with changes and improvements, to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address customer concerns, providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Feedback Collection: Act as a valuable bridge between customers and our product development team by ga-thering and conveying customer feedback and suggestions for improvements.?
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to company policies and quality standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, com-plaints, and resolutions, to support data-driven decision-making.?
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and provide a unified customer experience.

Work Requirements:?

To succeed in this remote position and contribute to the success for the Breathing Room, you must meet the fol-lowing requirements:?

Work Hours: You must be available to work during the specified hours of operation, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Saturday, to ensure adequate coverage for our members.

Reliable Internet: You are responsible for maintaining a stable and reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication and access to our digital tools.
Computer Equipment: You should have access to a personal computer or laptop with the necessary specifi-cations to run our software and perform your tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, as you will be communicating with our members and guests primarily through phone, email, and chat in English.

Professionalism: You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, attire, and workspace, even while working remotely, to represent our Yoga Studio in a positive light.

Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in procedures, software, and customer inquiries is crucial, as we continually strive to enhance our services.?
