Job Description

I’m seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to work at 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with executive assistant and admin assistant skills. Social Media Management, Graphic Design and Lead Generation are a plus.

– Administrative Tasks
– calendar management
– email management
– appointment setting
– outbound calls
– Web Management

Job Requirements:

– Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
– Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
– Willing to work during the hours listed above.
– Prior experience in a similar role is a plus!!!!
– social media management and marketing experience is a plus!
– self-motivated
– multi-tasker
– doesn’t get overwhelmed easily

Pay:
– You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
– You will be paid based on hours worked.
