URGENT: Full Time Video Editor with VA experience

We are hiring a Full-Time Video Editor to join our team. The client has a dynamic and innovative video editing subscription service committed to delivering unlimited high-quality visual content to customers. You will be working with an international creative team. Our customers range from podcasters and thought leaders to content marketing agencies and YouTubers. This vast array of clientele allows our Video Editors to get the fun opportunity to work with a multitude of different industries and employ a wide range of video editing styles and tactics. We seek a talented and experienced Video Editor proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro to join our creative team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Editing and Post-Production: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro to edit raw footage into visually compelling, on-brand videos, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
• Project Guidelines: Work closely with the client and creative team to understand video project requirements and transform concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Video and Graphic Integration: Integrate stock footage, graphics, and effects seamlessly into videos to enhance the overall viewing experience.
• Sound and Music Integration: Integrate sound effects, background music, and voiceovers seamlessly into videos to enhance the overall viewing experience.
• Color Grading and Enhancement: Enhance video quality through color grading, ensuring consistency and professional appeal across all projects.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate in a timely and effective manner with clients and other team members to achieve the desired creative
vision and meet project deadlines.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in video production quality.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, including advanced features and techniques. Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite software (After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Exceptional storytelling abilities, creative thinking, and a strong eye for detail. Ability to convey complex concepts and narratives through visual storytelling.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in video compression, codecs, aspect ratios, and other technical aspects of video production. Experience with motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively. Must be fluent in English.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively.
• Degree/Certification: A degree in film production, video editing, multimedia arts, or a related field is helpful. Relevant certifications and training in Adobe Premiere Pro are a plus.
• Internet Speed: Must have a minimum of 40Mbps download speed and 5Mbps upload speed.
• Working Hours: Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time (US).
