Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Ecommerce Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our 6 online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
Communicate with suppliers via WhatsApp to handle product-related queries and concerns.
Manage and resolve PayPal and Klarna disputes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize Trengo for ticket management and issue tracking.
Provide support for Shopify-related inquiries and assist with order processing.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer concerns.
Use Time Doctor for time tracking to ensure efficient task management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with Shopify is essential.
Proficient in using WhatsApp for supplier communication.
Experience in handling PayPal and Klarna disputes is a plus.
Familiarity with Trengo or similar ticket management systems is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Eager to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
