Job Description

As a Real Estate Customer Experience, you will serve as a front-line to our customer.

What’s needed in order to do that:

– Provide operational and communications support to
– Manage customer support requests
-Coordination of any vendor or customer related activities
-Prepare annual payment schedules for tenant distribution
-Review and post monthly rent charges.
-Work with property manager (Real Estate & Customer Experience Mgr), maintenance technician, and vendors to coordinate the completion of work when maintenance requests are received.
-Assist with customer relation activities
-Assist with property inspections.
-Attend vendor and customer meetings at the properties.
-Maintain accurate records for a variety of areas including utility meters, lockboxes, fire alarm codes, and customer contact information.
-Partner with other departments to resolve property management issues.
-Adhere to Company property management policies and procedures, codes, regulations and governmental agency directives. Maintain compliance by ensuring all property records are maintained in accordance with all legal requirements and Company policies and/or practices.
-All other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

– At least 2 years remote experience in US Real-Estate
– Good analytical skills.
– Must be able to consistently maintain a professional demeanor.
– Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
– Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate orally and via email, chat, and phone.
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks daily with efficiency and accuracy. Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
– Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Positive, proactive work ethic and approach.
– Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
