– Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address any issues that may arise.
– Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and results achieved.
– Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams.
– Proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding client expectations.
