[URGENT HIRING] Remote Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)

Kyser Realty Group is seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our real estate agent team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with our real estate agents to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and listings.
2. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and showings for real estate agents.
3. Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and chat.
4. Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, emails, and marketing materials.
5. Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with accurate information.
6. Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects.
7. Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
8. Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant in real estate, or similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Familiarity with real estate processes, terminology, and software (e.g., MLS, Meta, DocuSign, KW Command) is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
8. Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
