Job Description:

As an Administrative Task Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our team and clients. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Managing and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
Handling phone calls with excellent verbal communication skills.
Performing general administrative duties, such as data entry, scheduling, and organizing documents.
Assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks.
Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents and correspondence.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and manage email communications effectively.
Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
Assist with financial tasks related to accounts receivable and payable.
Draft and proofread documents and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong email management skills.
Experience with accounts receivable and payable is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
