ROLE DESCRIPTION
If you have mastery of the American English language and are meticulous in your attention to detail, this might be for you. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Writer and Coordinator to join our dynamic team that delivers adult education. This role includes blending curriculum principles with SaaS to deliver educational content and SaaS systems to our academy members that are easy to implement.
As a key player in our mission to help our academy members become successful in their coaching businesses, you will create, curate, edit, and proof course scripts and worksheets, manuals, and membership site pages.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Curriculum Coordination and Quality Assurance
Understanding all Curriculum Development Projects
Ensuring Curriculum project deadlines are met by Curriculum and Tech team members
Creating and maintaining organized systems for all Curriculum projects and content
Ensuring consistent brand standards are met within scripts, worksheets, slides, manuals, and membership site pages throughout the curriculum
Proofreading of all member-facing materials
Developing systems, checklists, and SOPs to improve team performance and effectiveness
Curriculum Writing
Ensuring all content is delivered with excellence and on-brand language (i.e. proper grammar, syntax and spelling, working links, correct dates)
Curating, updating, and editing scripts, worksheets, slides, manuals, and membership site pages throughout the curriculum
Creating, simplifying, and proofreading member manuals for operating the Thrive Marketing Machine (SaaS)
Creating course delivery scripts utilizing transcripts while maintaining brand voice
Writing emails and posts for members
Strategic Thinking
Collaborating to improve UX on membership site pages and SaaS Template Development
Searching for the weakest UX points within the curriculum and recommending improvement
Developing new systems to support academy members’ engagement and success, including gamification
Recommending new technologies and solutions to improve UX
Collaborating with Curriculum and Tech team members to optimize relevant systems

Ability to understand and write with a unique brand voice
Think critically and foresee process gaps before they become issues.
Find inconsistencies within design layouts and manage corrections
Organize folders and documents for optimal team experience
Create content that delivers the best possible user experience for academy members
REQUIREMENTS
20 hours to start (potential for full-time in the future)
High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
Fixed Hours weekly schedule
Ability to work during Pacific Hours 9 am – 5 pm
Excellent communication skills
Experience designing systems and templates for adult education
Training and professional experience in curriculum development and design
PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience in the Coaching industry
Experience in sales and marketing curriculum
Go High-Level CRM experience
Technical Writing experience
Graphic Design and Content Layout experience
COMPENSATION
$10- 12 USD per hour to start with a review at 90 days
