Job Summary:
Partner strategically with vendors and the internal team to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Must be able to identify and know all the details of the products functions, pricing, and purposes
Must be able to present and buy company products through new potential vendors especially Chinese vendors through various online sourcing channels, email, phone, and possibly in person
Identify and procure vendors for various products as per internal demand within the organization and grow relationships with the vendors
Constant communication through phone, email, and vendor web portals
Demonstrate and share best practices with the rest of the Team
Will troubleshoot common order issues such as inventory inquiries, freight fees, and price discrepancies.
Position Requirements:
Experience in E-Commerce specifically Shopify/Big Commerce, Dropshipping is a must
Knowledge of the Chinese language is a plus
Experience in product sourcing through Alibaba or AliExpress
Has an active WeChat account a plus
Possesses a university or college degree in business, finance, or other related fields
Self-starter and driven – Outstanding sales mindset coupled with intelligence and consistent persistence
Product Credibility – Absorb product knowledge quickly and translate it into value for the customer
Sales Competency – Progress opportunities from discovery to closed sales
Strong attention to detail and follow-up, problem-solving, and time management
Organized and technology savvy in approach to managing a dynamic team
Ability to develop a rapport with customer management and maintain strong working relationships

College or equivalent experience preferred.
