Job Description

Hey there!

We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled Chargeback Analysts for ECOMMERCE to join our team, and you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving Klarna and PayPal disputes, as well as credit card chargeback cases. We’re seeking an expert problem solver who can leverage their expertise and knowledge to ensure that we win the majority of our cases. The successful candidate will be a critical asset in maintaining our positive reputation and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

What we’re looking for:
– Should be very experienced with Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna
– Experience with resolving Bad TrustPilot Reviews is a PLUS
– Proven experience (at least 1 year) as a Chargeback Analyst or in a similar role within the financial sector.
– Strong understanding of financial processes, including chargebacks, payment processing, and reconciliation.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using financial software and tools, including Excel, SAP, or similar platforms.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Should be very experienced with Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna
– Experience with resolving Bad TrustPilot Reviews is a PLUS
– Analyze and investigate chargebacks, identifying root causes and discrepancies in financial transactions.
– Review and reconcile chargeback claims, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
– Maintain accurate records of chargeback transactions and associated documentation.
– Develop strategies to minimize chargeback losses and identify trends to prevent future discrepancies.
– Communicate effectively with various customers, departments, including finance, customer service, and sales, to resolve chargeback-related issues.
– Generate reports and provide insights to management regarding chargeback trends and potential risks.
