We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled Sourcing / Supply Chain Expert for ECOMMERCE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our sourcing processes, ensuring the efficiency of the supply chain, and optimizing costs without compromising quality standards.

What we’re looking for:
– Extensive knowledge in sourcing products from all kind of countries etc.
– Proven experience (at least 1 year) working in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management roles.
– Responsible in planning how much stock we’re needing for certain seasons and what kind of stock we need, and also place orders with our manufacturer.
– Forecasting for stock and also constantly working on prices and stock management.
– Communicate with our Germán warehouse regarding shipments and supply chain status.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Proficiency in supply chain software/tools and data analysis.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to enhance procurement processes.
– Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
– Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
– Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
– Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
– Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and supply chain management.
