As we continue to grow, we are searching for a Well-experienced Executive Assistant with Recruiter experience.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in researching, recruiting and assisting the CEO or COO in their daily needs. They should be outspoken, self-sufficient, effective and able to approach things from multiple angles & eager to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and bring a fresh perspective to our brand’s product range. We are a multi-racial company composed of people from Pakistan, The Philippines, South Africa and Europe. This candidate should have at least 1.5+ solid yrs of experience in HR Recruitment and Executive Assistance experience.

Key responsibilities, but are not limited to:
– Recruitment & Active headhunting of different roles as required. We are composed of a 15-member team and we are planning to add more staff due to brand expansion. You should have experience with recruiting involving different nationalities
– Implementation of HR policies.
– Ad Hoc Market Research & Analysis on key topics with a priority on Legal and Compliance Oversight. We are looking to penetrate and expand to different markets with this year as a target.
– Managing projects on an Ad Hoc basis.
– Managing and mitigating crises and active problem solving.
– Being organized and pays High Attention to the right details
– Open to coordinate with other members of the team towards a harmonious workflow
– Being outspoken & good communication skills. We do not want to have a YES-man, we want you to voice out your opinion.
