Acmetek Global Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in converting warm Channel Partner leads into valuable opportunities, leveraging a combination of voice (outbound), chat, and email communication along with campaign-supported sales strategies. Responsibilities:

Convert warm Channel Partner leads into Opportunities: You will be responsible for engaging with pre-qualified leads generated by our Channel Partners.
This role focuses on nurturing and converting leads without involving cold-calling activities.
Multi-Channel Sales Engagement: Utilize a variety of communication methods, including outbound voice calls, chat, and email to engage with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign-supported sales initiatives effectively.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, understanding their clients’ needs, challenges, and goals.
By building a deep understanding of the partners’ businesses, you will be well-equipped to offer tailored solutions.
Collaborative Sales Support: Work closely with Solutions Specialists and Sales Engineers to provide guidance during the sales process.
Assist in proposal development, contract negotiations, and customization of solutions to align with client requirements.
Analytical Approach: Apply your problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with our product and service offerings.
Technical Aptitude: While not mandatory, previous experience as an IT Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Solutions Sales professional with intermediate technical knowledge is advantageous.
Performance-driven: Embrace a performance-based environment where you will have the opportunity to earn commission based on your successful conversion of leads into opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or related role.
Strong communication skills across various mediums, including phone, email, and chat.
Ability to foster and maintain relationships with Channel Partners.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Technical aptitude or familiarity with IT solutions is a plus.
Prior experience in IT Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Business Development, or Solutions Sales is preferred but not required.
Performance-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
