As a Closer, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and impact by facilitating enrollment in our transformative vocal education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Conversion: Take ownership of leads generated by our marketing efforts and convert them into enrolled students. You’ll be the driving force behind turning potential into reality.
Consultative Approach: Engage with prospective students to understand their unique needs and goals. Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to align them with the most suitable Vocal Wallstreet™ programs.
Relationship Building: Foster positive and lasting relationships with prospective students, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Sales Strategies: Employ effective sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Funnel Management: Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Effective Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value of Vocal Wallstreet™ programs.
Empathetic Listener: The ability to listen actively and understand prospective students’ needs to tailor solutions effectively.
Resilience: A tenacious and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
Passion for Music: A genuine passion for music and vocal education, with a desire to contribute to our mission of vocal excellence.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and sales tools for efficient lead management.
