Position: Graphic Designer with Marketing and Project Management Experience (Remote)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, US Pacific Time (subject to change)
Rate: Starting $5-8 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with excellent drawing skills and web design experience to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for interpreting our brand’s needs and designing solutions with high visual impact. This is a remote position that requires a self-starter who can work under pressure with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate a solid body of work showcasing your design and illustration skills.
Take design briefs to accurately record requirements and brand needs.
Schedule and manage project implementation to meet deadlines.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas to stakeholders.
Amend final designs based on feedback and gain full approval.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Create website and landing page concepts using design programs.
Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, and business cards.
Conduct A/B testing of designs to optimize performance.
Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submit them for approval.
Carry design and web projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, and colleagues as necessary.
Communicate with clients about layout requirements for illustrations.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
Knowledgeable with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Layout, and Adobe Illustrator.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design.
Excellent drawing skills (able to draw with a pen or stylus on a tablet).
Working knowledge of WordPress, CSS, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript integration, among others.
Marketing and Project Management experience is a PLUS
Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Can work remotely and effectively manage time and tasks.
