Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, US Pacific Time, 40 hours per week (subject to change based on client’s business needs)
Rate: $12 per hour (depending on experience)

Description:

If you are passionate about marketing, we are looking for you! We need a flexible and versatile marketer who can drive the growth of our inbound sales channels. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing material aligns with our brand identity. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and the ability to transform creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Your ultimate goal will be to help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic to our company
Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns, taking ownership from ideation to implementation
Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
Create valuable and engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target audiences
Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring wise allocation of funds
Oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and devising creative and engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Strong numerical literacy and comfort working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
Aesthetically oriented with a passion for excellent copywriting and effective communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience or exposure to real estate or property management clients is a plus
