Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned, talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts), and will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. This role will require creativity, technical skills, and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and create engaging designs.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
• Collaborate with the team to launch projects on schedule.
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Present design concepts and ideas to colleagues and clients.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven graphic designing experience of at least 5 years.
• Proven experience in digital ad design/ display ad design/ motion graphics
• Has experience in using Adobe Suite
• Knowledge and/Experience in video editing is a plus
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
• Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
• Attention to visual details.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript is a plus.
