Purpose
To enroll people into events and coaching calls
Responsibilities
1. Routinely and systematically follow up with clients and prospective
clients (warm calls) in our database to:
? Enroll them in upcoming events
? Schedule free coaching calls
2. Reminder calls/texts to registrants to attend upcoming events
3. Update client and prospective client’s information in CRM
4. Attendance at sales meetings
5. Live the company values: integrity, action, commitment, responsibility,
unity, work ethics
Growth Path
You will start as an appointment setter calling Clients and Leads. We want

Once above responsibilities being performed well:
? Assist with email marketing
o Layout emails
o Proof Reading Content
o Add prepared content
o Insert graphic elements
? Assist with social media
o Content Research
o Choose Graphics
o Post management
KSMs
? Number of enrollments in upcoming calls
? Number of scheduled free coaching calls
? Full and accurate update of CRM records
? Behavior consistent with company core values
Reports to: Inner Circle Coaching President
Qualifications
? Available 25 hours a week (Monday-Friday) between – 9:00 – 2:00 EST
? Reliable computer with webcam
o At least 8GB RAM or Higher
o Core I3 or Ryzen 3 Computer or Laptop Processor
o Ideal but not required (Dedicated Graphics Card)
? Noise Canceling Headset
? Dedicated Home Office Set up – Free from Background Noises (dogs,roosters, etc).
? Reliable high-speed internet – 50Mbps and higher
o Backup Internet Connection required
? Professional communication skills (Neutral American Accent)
? Working knowledge

? 5 years as virtual sales assistant
? Strong administrative skills
Compensation
? $7 an hour to start
? $8 an hour after 60 days
? Performance Bonus for each person enrolled and attend events and
coaching calls – Can earn up to $16 an hour
