As a Management officer, you will be overseeing the productivity of various departments to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and to measure their KPIs and OKRs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, maintain the company’s KPIs and OKRs, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Collect and analyze data related to the company’s KPIs and OKRs to identify trends and provide insights or suggestions in improving individual or company’s performance
• Create a dashboard and reports to communicate KPIs and OKRs to the CEO
• Collaborate with the department heads to identify and develop specific KPIs and OKRs
• Monitor and track progress against KPIs and OKRs and identify areas of improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve KPI and OKR targets
• Ensure that KPI and OKR data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to KPIs and OKRs.
• Develop systems or new processes for the company to improve efficiency

Qualifications:
• With Digital Marketing background, preferably with an Agency experience
• With skills in Data Analytics
• Should have an experience or background with KPI and OKR development or should have sufficient knowledge and should be willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should have prior experience in collaborating with at least 30 employees
• Experience in using PM tools particularly ClickUp
• Should be flexible and has tolerance to personality differences
