JOB DESCRIPTION
The marketing coordinator will work with providing material, messaging, and marketing activities that deliver results and increase brand awareness and customer inbound leads. The coordinator will lead marketing initiatives that include creative content, web content, photography, social media management, support trade shows, conferences, and recruitment efforts.
Specifically we’re looking for a team member to:
-Manage a content calendar for blogs, social media, and LinkedIn Posting
-Basic writing of blogs and creating social media content
-Creation of our website copy and information including lead generation forms
-Scheduling and promoting webinars from our Subject matter experts
-Reporting views and conversions to management
Responsibilities:
-Support daily business operations as it relates to advertising, content, social, and creative production.
-Overseeing correspondence and act as the main point of contact for all social media related matters (ongoing influence partners, cross-promotions, and clients).
-Ensuring all deliverables for SEO and social are met (recurring blogs, calendars, service pages, city pages, and social ads).
-Having an understanding of advertisement in social media platforms and Google search.
-Providing support with day-to-day content development, editing, copywriting, and proofing, assisting in copywriting when necessary and work closely with our content creator to make sure deliverables are met.
-Regularly researching and maintaining competitor analyses as it relates to the account.
Qualifications:
-Strong customer service abilities through slack and email.
-Exceeds at building and maintaining relationships, online and off.
-Superior written and verbal skills.
-Copywriting skills and how it relates to SEO functionality and optimizing for social.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Proven working experience in digital, social media, and/or content marketing in either client or agency role.
-A fundamental understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, and reporting.
-Ability to conduct research into different client industries.
-Knowledge of different social media networks, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
-Can work in a team setting, is highly organized and dependable.
-Able to handle direction well and work without constant supervision.
-Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects effectively.
-Shows initiative, energy, and drive to succeed.
Experience:
Social Media Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
Copywriting: 1-2 years (Preferred)
