Responsibilities:
– Take full charge of facilitating job placements for our graduated students through Amatip IT.
– Assist students in enhancing their CVs and interview presentations to increase their employability.
– Conduct weekly mastery lectures on recruitment improvement topics, including CV optimization, job applications, and interview preparations.
– Provide constant supervision and assessments to ensure students are interview-ready.
– Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles, offering detailed feedback to strengthen their Employability.
– Maintain an organized calendar and accurately document information related to student placements.
– Continuously improve recruitment techniques and strategies to enhance student success rates.
– Source job opportunities in the UK and US for all Amatip internship courses, including Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, Website Development, and UI/UX Product Design.
– Conduct online searches and outreach to employers through various platforms to identify job vacancies.
– Assist students in reviewing their applications before submission to ensure quality and accuracy.
– Ensure maximum effort in helping students secure jobs after completing the internship program.
– Contact employers to inquire about job vacancies suitable for our students.
– Collaborate closely with the Amatip Marketing team to guarantee job finding for each student.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in recruitment or a related field.
– Fluent English language skills in speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
– High level of professionalism, communication skills and ability to work independently.
– Familiarity with UK and US recruitment processes.
– Proficiency in phone and video presentations/meetings.
– Strong lecturing skills on recruitment improvement topics.
– Excellent researching skills for finding job vacancies across various platforms.
– Ability to work independently while ensuring productivity and compliance.
– Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, with quick responses during working hours.
– Comfortable with UK time zone shifts.
– Equipped with a laptop/PC, headset, high-definition webcam, and high-speed internet.
– Capable of submitting daily task reports.
