We are a based in Australia currently seeking a Experienced General Admin Assistant
The job is simple but attention to detail and organizational skills is a must.
This is a part time role 9am-5.30pm Australia Eastern Standard Time. Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
Applicant must:
Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Have experience in creating reports
Has knowledge and experience in SimPRO, MYOB and Xero
Advanced knowledge in G-Suite – Gmail, Google docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office
Experience in Canva or Photoshop is preferred
Have excellent communication skills verbal & written (English)
Be self motivated, quick learner & positive can-do attitude
Report to Account Manager and /or Directors
Your tasks may be but are not limited to:
Work Order entering
Statement Reconciliation (monthly process)
Tracking fuel costs/harsh driving etc. –
Supplier invoice entry (job costs only) –
Remittance reconciliation (access to Xero required)
Form 4 & HWI lodging (would need access to Credit Card details)
Newsletter/blog creation
Email signature/ logo ect creations
Linkedin – comments made on other pages / share promotions
Contractor Compliance – following up expired contactor licences and insurances
Complete Top 30 report
Annual leave input – calendar and simPRO
Major Supplier invoice import – daily
Supplier Materials price importing
