With ambitious growth plans on the horizon Shimmer is actively seeking an established Senior B2B Account Executive to lead a team of two Account Executives and a Sales Support person. Reporting to our extraordinary Operations Manager, this exceptional individual will play a crucial role in spearheading the Sales Team, crafting a formidable commercial sales strategy that will catapult our thriving medium-sized business to unparalleled heights in the facilities maintenance industry.

Your Role

As a Senior B2B Account Executive at Shimmer Glass and Pressure Cleaning, your responsibilities will include:

– Overseeing a team of a Sales Support Person and two Account Executives
– Ensuring all account executives are meeting sales quotas
– Managing our large commercial contracts, including strata companies, retirement villages, schools, and hospitals
– Deepening relationships with our large commercial contracts
– Developing strategies to generate rebooking of existing accounts
– Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
– Converting leads into scheduled jobs using CRM and job management system
– Preparing, manually calculating, and processing very detailed quotations for all our clients
– Ensuring budget and time requirements are met for each job
– Efficiently scheduling residential, commercial, and strata cleaning jobs across Sydney
– Coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely job completion according to our high-quality standards
– Resolving problems and handling customer complaints in a timely manner
– Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and inspiring the rest of the sales team to follow this example
– Monitoring the technicians throughout the day to ensure they are running to schedule
– Collaborating with the team to suggest innovative ideas and devise strategies for expanding our customer base, increase sales and improve customer experience
– Reviewing and discussing any negative feedback from customers, developing new procedures to resolve problems
– Identifying any areas of weakness or improvement for the technicians, Sales Support or Account Executives.
– Contributing to ad-hoc sales projects
– Assessing return jobs and discussing with account executives
– Assessing the complaints register and proposing solutions
– Analysing sales reports and reporting on sales results
– Offer expertise to grow the sales team and the overall sales of Shimmer

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should:

– Demonstrate strong leadership experience as a senior account executive leading the sales team
– Have exceptional B2B sales skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a similar industry
– Possess the ability to retain extensive or large amounts of information related to company products and services
– A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university will be regarded favorably
– Have previous experience successfully meeting and exceeding daily quotas
– Have experience ensuring that team members are reaching and exceeding sales targets
– Have used Sales CRM software (e.g. SalesForce, HubSpot, Keap)
– Experience preparing quotations
– Have solid administration skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspaces, and other similar tools
– Expertise in job scheduling and efficiently manage field technicians software like ServiceM8 or similar
– Communicate with field workers using platforms like WhatsApp
– Exhibit a positive and nurturing personality with exceptional sales skills
– Bring drive, ambition, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset
– Be reliable and thrive while working from home with minimal supervision

– Google G Suite/Workspace: Leveraging Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Drive for seamless communication and collaboration
