The Project Manager will play a critical role in the empowering of individuals and professionals around the world by directing the preparation, organization and delivery of the courses provided through THA. Our promise to our course members is to safely guide them through their healing process. The long-term vision is to continue to build the course materials and offerings, continue improvement of the quality of teaching materials and experience and require less direct involvement of Dr. Aimie Apigian.
Job Summary: The Social Media Project Manager’s primary focus is to plan and implement overall social media marketing strategies for the company. This position oversees daily processes and operations that involve the implementation of Social Media content creation, podcasts, and the management of social media platforms.
Tasks and Responsibilities. This critical role makes an impact by performing the following critical tasks:
General:
Coordinate with other team members to ensure projects are on track
Create and update SOPs as needed for your role
Respond promptly to emails and google chat messages
Assist with any other tasks as requested
Track project progress on Asana
Report regularly (weekly) with Dr. Aimie the numbers and data for your role
As Social Media Project Manager:
Write original, clear and error free content for various mediums that reflects the Company’s voice
Utilize tools and software to make work and projects more efficient
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop company material
Track social media numbers, generate an accurate social media report, and provide assessment of how content works and what needs to improve
Provide helpful insights on audience behavior based on how they interact with our different social media platforms
Podcast Post-Production Management
Oversee the entire process and operations during the podcast episode release week including but not limited to listening to the podcast episode to make sure it is of excellent quality before releasing, updating show notes with relevant links, preparing the graphics and copy needed for marketing and sharing the podcast episode in emails, social media, and with the affiliates, updating necessary spreadsheets to keep track of the released podcast episodes, and filing Spotify and Apple links in the necessary spreadsheet.
Track the podcast episode downloads and other relevant metrics for the project.
Analyze the metrics for podcasts
Qualifications and Skills:
College degree preferred
3+ years managing social media (Facebook,Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Podcast)
1-2 years experience working remotely
Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google similar)
Experience with creating graphics in Canva
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with social media platforms
Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Skilled in data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High-speed internet connection
Ability to project manage across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Experience with zoom and its advanced features
