The role involves efficiently handling service calls, processing returns, securing authorizations from various brands, and ensuring seamless coordination among clients, technicians, and the warehouse. Responsibilities:
• Management of Service Calls and Returns:
• Coordinate and schedule service calls for appliance repairs.
• Process returns for damaged machines, oversee brand-specific authorization procedures, and document damaged items with pictures, noting model and serial numbers for accurate record-keeping.
• Liaise with the warehouse to facilitate returns, ensuring completion of approval forms with precision.
Authorization Processes:
• Navigate the unique authorization processes for various appliance brands.
• Request and track ticket numbers for service calls.
Communication Channels:
• Utilize email, WhatsApp, and phone communication for both customer and internal interactions.
• Collect necessary information from clients contacting via WhatsApp.
• Provide timely follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Generate and maintain reports using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
Online Portal and Phone Tasks:
• Execute tasks online through designated portals for service calls and returns.
• Check availability and schedule services via online platforms.
Other Administrative Support:
• Arrange daily deliveries through the Trucking Schedule Group.
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or the appliance-related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in email, WhatsApp, and phone communication.
• Experience using Google Sheets for report generation.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple brand-specific processes.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (EST)
Start Date:
Immediate availability is preferred.
