[URGENT HIRING] Translation Specialist with experience in CAT tools

We are seeking an experienced Taglish Translator to join our dynamic team at Click to view, a leading trading website. Preferably someone who has Translation Certification and understands the business, financial, and forex markets.
The Translation Specialist must have a strong understanding of both the source and target languages, as well as the subject matter of the documents being translated.

This is a work-from-home and project-based opportunity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in translation
3. Native fluency in Tagalog language
4. Excellent writing and editing skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong research skills
7. Experience with translation tools and software is a plus (similar to CAT)
8. Must have a good understanding of business, financial, and forex markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and performing translation tasks including initial translation, revision, and quality checks as
2. Ensure that translations are accurate, complete, and culturally appropriate
3. Conduct research to identify and verify terminology
4. Use a variety of translation tools and software
5. Proofread and edit translations
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that translations meet the needs of the client or organization
7. Organizing and maintaining global and local translation records;
8. Creating and executing global and local linguistic quality assurance processes on the website;
9. Managing the Company’s global language quality strategy and establishing tools to monitor the quality of outsourced language translations in Tagalog language;
10. Analyzing language quality issues and working on global and local improvement plans with project management;
11. Maintaining all translations and projects across the Company’s systems i.e., the Company’s website, templates, marketing materials, and legal documents, and working with the Company’s development team to improve the record-keeping procedures
