Hello There Collective is a female-owned social media agency based in Los Angeles. The agency offers content production, social media management, and influencer marketing programs for numerous clients spanning various industries including Beauty + Skincare, Fashion, Food + Beverage, and Health + Wellness. We urgently need an experienced Virtual Production Assistant to join the team.

Overview:
As a Virtual Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production team by efficiently managing various aspects of the production process. This remote position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate tasks related to models, locations, props, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
Model and Location Sourcing:
Conduct research and source models and locations that align with the creative vision of the production.
Coordinate with talent agencies and location scouts to secure appropriate models and shooting spaces.
Call Sheet Management:
Prepare and distribute detailed call sheets to the production team and talent.
Ensure all relevant information, including schedules, locations, and contact details, is accurately communicated.
Props Coordination:
Collaborate with the production design team to identify and source required props.
Manage prop orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Budget Management:
Assist in creating and managing production budgets.
Track expenses, reconcile invoices, and provide regular updates on budget status.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between different departments within the production team.
Communicate effectively with models, location owners, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
Remote Assistance:
Work virtually to coordinate and support production activities, utilizing online tools and platforms.
Provide virtual assistance during remote shoots, addressing issues and facilitating communication.
Problem Solving:
Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges related to models, locations, props, and budgets.
Collaborate with the team to find creative solutions when issues arise.
