Hours: 35-45 hours per week

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of a website manager is to oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of a company’s website. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Website Manager to join our team. Your key duties include website page design and redesign in WordPress and Kajabi platform, website maintenance, monitoring performance, implementing updates and improvements, managing content, optimizing SEO, and ensuring a user-friendly experience. You will also be involved in analyzing website analytics, staying up to date with industry trends, coordinating with web developers/designers, and ensuring website security. Furthermore, you’ll collaborate with various teams to align the website with the organization’s goals and promotional strategies. Overall, your role as a website manager is crucial in maintaining an effective online presence for the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities: The critical role makes an impact by performing the following critical tasks:
Attract audience through clean WordPress and Kajabi design and layout that will lead to a great user experience
Regularly update and maintain website content, including images, text, and multimedia
Perform website performance check daily, including page load times, uptime, and user experience, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Manage website redesigns, updates, and new feature implementations, working closely with other team members to align website strategies with business goals and support promotional campaigns and to ensure successful execution
Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
Ensure that the website is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and accessible across different devices and browsers
Review, redesign and make recommendations on improvements of the website
Develop and enforce website policies, such as privacy policies, terms of use, and accessibility guidelines, to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards
Website analytics
Maintain WooCommerce store performance and by making sure products are listed correctly and products are added as requested
Handoff and coordination from third party developer when required
Other website or IT tasks requested by THA Personnel
Create and update SOPs as needed for your tasks
Respond quickly to emails and google chat messages
Assist with any other tasks requested
Track project progress on Asana

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, information technology, or a related field is preferred
3+ years of experience in website management
Ability to create, edit, and publish engaging and SEO-friendly content using CMS platforms
Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Kajabi, WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla is also important
Proficiency in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics or other to track website performance and gather insights for optimization is highly beneficial
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot website performance problems, and optimize website functionality
Understanding of SEO best practices and techniques to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic search visibility.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate website projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance and user engagement
Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies, industry trends, and organizational needs, and willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
