As a Workforce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce to achieve our organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in workforce management within a call center environment, including scheduling, forecasting, and real-time management.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
– Proficiency in workforce management software and tools, such as WFM software, Excel, and reporting platforms.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
– Understanding of call center operations, metrics, and customer service principles.
– Ability to adapt to changing business needs

– Starting pay: $155/week paid every two weeks
