We are looking for an “A Player” WordPress and Hubspot VA to join our team. As a VA, you will be responsible for supporting our team in various tasks related to WordPress and Hubspot. You will be working with our marketing and web development team to help maintain and optimize our website, and assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns in Hubspot.

Responsibilities:

-Create and update website content using WordPress
-Optimize website for SEO and user experience
-Set up and manage Hubspot campaigns and workflows
-Monitor and report on website and campaign performance
-Assist in creating landing pages, forms, and email templates in Hubspot
-Help manage our customer database and maintain data hygiene
-Perform other administrative and marketing tasks as needed

Requirements:

-Strong experience in Hubspot and WordPress
-Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices
-Familiarity with Infusionsoft and graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
