SUMMARY: Agility Staffing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell our Business Process Outsourcing services to business owners in need of great talent at a fraction of the cost. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our remote team-building services in the Philippines to leads generated through advertising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct sales calls and video meetings with potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and maintain them in a CRM system such as HubSpot
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Continually educate oneself on our services and industry trends.
• Prospect potential clients through consistent sales efforts using phone and email.
• Actively participate and collaborate with the internal sales team in developing impactful strategies to improve the market share.
• Own all client account management and proactively recommend improvements to increase annual revenue for current and new clients.
• Consistently meet and follow the organization’s KPI goals and objectives.
• Utilize the HubSpot CRM system to track performance and manage customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Marketing, Business, or related field – Required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Inside Sales is required.
• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, preferably offering the company’s services.
• A high standard of written and spoken English.
• Experience in closing sales.
• A good video web presence.
• Ability to maintain leads through a CRM in HubSpot or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prior experience with HubSpot or related CRM systems required.
• Ability to communicate verbally within a professional setting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

COMPUTER HARDWARE:
• Windows Computer (Desktop or laptop) no MAC Computer.
• At least Core Intel i5 or equivalent.
• Must have 8GB RAM.
• Must have at least 30GB of free disk space available.
• Dual Screen Display Monitor
• One available USB port for the headset.
• One Noise canceling headset like Plantronics or Jabra.
COMPUTER SOFTWARE:
• Operating system must be Windows 10 Pro Only.
• Must have the latest Windows updates.
• Must have an antivirus installed and updated.
• There MUST be no Possible Unwanted Applications (PUA, Malware, or adware).

INTERNET SERVICE:
• Should have cable or fiber internet service.
• Minimum upload speed (25mbps).
• Minimum Download Speed (25mbps).

NETWORK:
• Computer must be connected via LAN at least 100MBPS.
• Good reception for WIFI.
