Square 1 Group is urgently seeking a Project Manager, a role critical to our client success and project delivery. This position is designed for a highly organized, client-facing professional who excels in managing multiple projects and leading internal teams to meet deliverables while managing client expectations effectively.
Position: Project Manager
Salary: $5/h based on a 40-hour work week
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
Coordinate and delegate tasks across internal teams, including social media, design, web development, and video editing, to ensure project milestones are met.
Proactively identify project issues and implement solutions, maintaining responsibility for project adjustments as needed.
Maintain high standards of project management and reporting using tools such as Asana, CRM systems, Slack, and Google Sheets.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana), CRM tools, Slack for team communication, and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in a client-facing role.
A proactive and independent approach to work, coupled with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
A background in the digital marketing ecosystem, with an understanding of how to work effectively with technical and creative teams to achieve project goals.
