I am looking for a full-time creative marketing manager with intermediate marketing and photo/video editing skills to help with my e-commerce business, BobaMate®, which specializes in reusable boba tea bottles and newly launching DIY at-home boba kits. We are a small business with big dreams and hope you can consider joining us! Pay is the starting rate

[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES]
* Video editing (mostly TikToks/and Instagram reels)
* Photo editing
* Come up with marketing and growth strategies for both DTC and B2B
* Social media planning and growth (Influencer/UGC marketing)
* Website designing
* Email marketing and more

[REQUIREMENTS]
* MUST be fluent in both oral and written English
* Has a smartphone, preferably iPhone
* Creative
* Passionate about editing
* Skilled in marketing
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Good strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Good time management
* Good communication skills
* Self-starter and fast-learner
* High-internet speed
