We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is an ambitious and hard-working professional, able to work from home and who will be responsible for assisting our Marketing Team through initiatives like marketing, social media, video production and team & marketing management tasks, thereby allowing leadership to focus on the biggest opportunities at hand.

Location: You can work from anywhere you want, as our entire team is virtual across the globe.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

– At least 2 years of experience successfully being a virtual assistant, with a proven track record of saving time and keeping things organized and on track.
– A strong understanding of online technologies, including but not limited to Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, etc.), Google Mail, Google Calendar, Project Management Platform (ideally Trello), Social Media, CRM, etc.
– Have confidently interacted with internal and external parties as it relates to daily communications
– A proven track record of driving success and results in your career.
– Background in marketing, social media, and video production

Responsibilities:

? Collaborating and staying up to date with the appearance and overall experience of Dr Espen
and Quantum Academy brands in the marketplace and with our students/clients by working
closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Team.
? To ensure all posting has appropriate posting content, use of hashtags, and quality checks.
? Content research.
? To ensure all media content is quality-checked prior to any distribution or posting.
? Content research, Competitive Intelligence of websites, marketing, branding etc., so we stay
informed on what others are doing and so we stay ahead of the competition.
? Reporting on social media stats with the Social Media Team.
? Repurposing historical content as well as developing new so we have a vault of information to
be able to publish across our media platforms.
? Provides Media Content Manager with inspirational content from other powerful speakers so
we may determine which is appropriate to share on our platform.
? Helps execute the calendar plan on social media on Later with assistance from Social Media
Team.
? To assist Social Media Team in monitoring our entire social media channel platforms for
engagement and responding to positive comments in an engaging positive way.
? To assist the Social Media Team in monitoring our social media platforms for harmful content and
quickly remove, report, or otherwise address it, consulting with the CMO and Social Media Team for
any support required.
? To assist the Social Media Team and refer any client comments to the Concierge Team for immediate
escalation and handling to achieve a positive outcome where possible so we can ensure we
keep as best as possible commentary on our platforms and manage such comments, reviews,
and feedback as best as possible.
? Quality assurance of one’s own and colleagues’ work before broadcast on social.
? Follow directives from the CMO, HOD or 2IC with respect to additional responsibilities incumbent
with the role.
? To learn and be proficient with new tasks such as email automation, Facebook Ads, Google
Ads, etc., as tasked and to be involved in all aspects of marketing and contribute positively.
