ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Motion Graphics and 3D Specialist, you will be instrumental in producing high-impact, engaging reels that captivate our audience. This position demands a seasoned editor with a profound expertise in motion graphics, possessing at least 5 years of experience in this field. A minimum of 2 years in an agency or production-based environment is essential, demonstrating your ability to create high-end, captivating 60-second (or less) shorts at a volume of minimum 2-3 per day within 30 days and 3-5 per day within 90 days. You will leverage various AI tools and applications to boost efficiency and performance, with an expectation of continuous skill improvement. Mastery in traditional software is a must, along with the agility to employ modern tools like CapCut to expedite traditionally slower processes. Staying abreast of current trends, as outlined in this link, is crucial to remain relevant in this fast-evolving industry.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop and deliver high-quality motion graphics and 3D content, primarily focusing on short, impactful reels.
Utilize AI tools and applications to enhance productivity, maintaining a high standard of output.
Stay updated with modern trends in motion graphics, implementing these into your work to ensure contemporary and engaging content.
Work efficiently to produce 2-3 high-end shorts per day, adhering to strict deadlines.
Continually upgrade your skills and knowledge in both traditional and modern software tools.
Engage in team collaborations to understand project visions and translate them into exceptional final products.
This is a work-from-home position so you must have fast and reliable internet and a computer that can handle the video editing and 3d modeling with your own software.
This is a full time salary based position with bonuses based on projects being completed before schedule and performance.
Job Requirements:
A total of 10 years in video editing and creative work in general with a minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphics, and 3 years of 3D modeling software with at least 5 years in a production-based role (agency experience preferred).
Proven track record of creating high-end, engaging motion graphics and 3D content.
Proficiency with 3d Studio max, Maya, Blender or other software and AI applications for 3D content.
Proficiency in traditional motion graphics software as well as modern tools like CapCut.
Ability to effectively use AI tools for enhancing productivity and quality of work.
Strong understanding of current trends in motion graphics and 3D animation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
Work-from-home setup with robust internet connectivity and a computer capable of handling high-end graphics and 3D workloads.
This is a full-time, salary-based position with performance-based bonuses. Candidates must be able to work independently and have a reliable work-from-home setup.
Compensation
SALARY OFFER:
$600 during 90 day probation. Up to $1200 after probation depending on performance. $2000 guaranteed after 12 months.
