URGENT! Real Estate Senior Social Media with Video Editing Experience

Job Description
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks.

Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
– Diversifying lead flow and lead generation through digital marketing efforts.
– Exhibit strong graphic design and video editing skills to produce visually compelling content.
– Conduct comprehensive SEO keyword research to identify high-potential keywords related to real estate, property types, and locations.
– Paid social media ad management and optimization.
– Optimize property listings, web pages, and blog posts for search engines, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content.
– Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.).
– Social media management and engagement. Update all Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
– Creating Instagram Reels and stories
– Generating infographics and video content ideas.
– Managing Squarespace
– Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors over social media

Requirements
– Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
– Social media management and/or marketing experience
– SEO, SquareSpace and Google Business Page experience IS A MUST
– Advanced photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
– Passion for digital marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
– Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
– Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
– Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
– Experience using Insta360 Studio, Final Cut Pro, Canva IS A MUST

Compensation and Benefits
