2. Social Media Manager
• Maintain contact lists and keep them updated
• Manage and optimize the client’s social media channels
• Create Graphic content
• Create dynamic graphic and written content
• Present new concepts for social media content
• Analyze audience engagement
• Email management
• Content optimization
• Launch and manage social media campaigns
• Calendar management
• Monitor Social Analytics
• Develop & Analyze data
• Scheduling posts
• Research and data entry
• Monitor SEO and Web Traffic Metrics
• Prepare reports and documents
3. Marketing VA
* Social media management
-Research for topics and posts
-Create posts – image and copy
-Schedule and publish posts
-Monitor and manage responses
* Blog management
-Liaise with the copywriter for blogging requirements
-Upload on blog
* Work with the team when there are content requirements
* Manage email marketing software, such as Mailchimp and Infusionsoft
* Prepare newsletter
* Broadcast or send out emails
* Monitor results
* Prepare time reports for both client and internal projects
* Liaise with support teams in case the client has other projects with Pepper
4. CopyWriter
• Responsible for brainstorming and creating ideas for topics
• Do the proper research as needed for writing copy for various media
• Write clear and unique copy for various materials, such as :
(Blog posts, Articles, Press releases, Social media updates, Marketing collaterals, Product reviews, Newsletters)
• Work with team members to determine the client’s writing needs and budget/allotted time
• Revise, edit, or proofread content as needed
• Respond to feedback on time
• Keep abreast of market trends, especially in content marketing and copywriting
• Produce clear and compelling content on writing brief given (for social media content, blogs, newsletters)
• Proofread and submit work to the client for approval
• Research industry-related topics
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to the client
5. Customer Support Representative
• Managing the following interactions: Voice (inbound, outbound) or Non-Voice (email, chat)
• Answering inquiries
• Email Engagement
• Manage transaction records.
• Processing of requests and orders
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide valid and accurate information.
• Prepare reports and analyze customer information.
• Establish and maintain a positive working and customer connection.
• Supports the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
– at least 2 years experience in the chosen position
– strong communication skills
– willing to work on a flexible schedule
– ability to work independently
– can handle multiple responsibilities
– detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
