Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Stable Internet Connection – at least 10 MBPS.
We are looking for a high-quality Inside Salesperson with a history of success as an Appointment Setter to call Seller or Buyer Leads for a well-established US -Based Real Estate Company.

GROWTH PATH: You will start as an appointment setter calling seller/buyer leads. We want you to grow and succeed.

We will provide Leads, training, and admin support.
You will provide World Class Results.

COMPENSATION: $5-6 Per hour plus Bonuses
– Dedicated laptop or desktop with a minimum 8GB of RAM.
– Noise-canceling Headset (REQUIRED)
– Backup internet connection
– Dedicated Home Office Set up – Free from Background Noises (dogs, roosters, etc).
– Seller Appt Setting experience is a must.
– Experienced in calling FSBOs, Expireds, and Circle prospecting (IS A MUST)
– Industry knowledge – (Real Estate in the US)
– Real estate CRM experience preferred: KVCore, Vulcan7, MojoDialer

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
– At Least 2 years of Experience (IS A MUST)
– Overcome objections
– Speak high-quality English and have high comprehension skills.
– Sales experience
– High touch follow-up skills
– Coachable – Open to feedback and can implement feedback given.
– Self-motivated – positive mindset.
– Reliable – high work ethics.
– Persistent – not phone complacent
– Positive and high energy on the calls.
– Team Player
– Solution-oriented (no negative mindset)
