Job Description:
Techna is a digital marketing agency offering website services from design, SEO, hosting, and everything in between.
We seek an innovative SEO Specialist to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will help optimize our marketing strategies, manage the marketing department’s budget and staff, and prepare forecasts.
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability and provides their team with the support, trust, and leadership they need.
Duties:
– Reviewing and frequently communicating with clients regarding their SEO Campaigns. Make recommendations for improvement monthly.
– Setting strategies and working with the team to determine the best plan of action for clients
– Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
– Interacts with clients and presents deliverables that convey progress at times
– Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
– Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
– Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy
– Direct on-page and off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
– Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
– Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns
– Keep ahead of SEO and integrated marketing trends
– Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget
– Analyze data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other SEO tools that are used for tasks
– Collaborating between departments (SEO, PPC, Content, Dev, Social Media, and Admin)

– On-Page SEO – Optimizing individual web pages to enhance their visibility in organic search results.
– Website Administration – Using website content management systems to publish SEO-optimized content, manage comments, and perform other administrative tasks.
– HTML/CSS
– Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Using specialized software to perform content experiments for the purpose of increasing conversion rates and driving revenue.
– Ability to provide valuable insights based on marketing performance data.
Requirements:
– At least two years of experience in SEO.
– Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
– Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
– Available to work within Pacific Time business hours.
