Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist at The Breathing Room will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing stra-tegies to promote our yoga studio. This role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating events, and implementing effective communication campaigns to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for yoga and wellness, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-versed in digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement for The Breathing Room.

2. Create compelling and informative content across various channels, including the website, blog, social media plat-forms, and email newsletters, to attract and engage with our target audience.

3. Manage social media accounts, including regular posting, community engagement, and monitoring of analytics to optimize content and grow our online presence.

4. Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, inclu-ding brochures, flyers, and videos.

5. Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and special promotions that align with the studio’s goals and attract new customers.

6. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform mar-keting strategies and improve the studio’s offerings.

7. Collaborate with instructors and staff to gather insights and create campaigns that highlight the unique aspects of The Breathing Room’s classes and services.

8. Analyze marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, social media metrics, and customer feedback, to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

9. Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management platforms to ensure positive customer experiences and continuously improve online presence.

10. Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and techniques, making recommendations for new strategies and tools that can enhance The Breathing Room’s marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.

2. Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

4. Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing software.

5. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

7. Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices is a plus.

8. Passion for yoga and wellness.

9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

11. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

12. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and promotions.

Work Requirements:

To succeed in this remote position and contribute to the success for the Breathing Room, you must meet the fol-lowing requirements:?

Work Hours: You must be available to work during the specified hours of operation, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to ensure adequate coverage for our members.

Reliable Internet: You are responsible for maintaining a stable and reliable internet connection to ensure unin-terrupted communication and access to our digital tools.

Computer Equipment: You should have access to a personal computer or laptop with the necessary specifica-tions to run our software and perform your tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, as you will be communicating with our members and guests primarily through phone, email, and chat in English.

Professionalism: You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, attire, and workspace, even while wor-king remotely, to represent our Yoga Studio in a positive light.

Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in procedures, software, and customer inquiries is crucial, as we continually strive to enhance our services.
