Job Description

We are looking for a versatile individual fluent in both English and Spanish to serve as a virtual receptionist and assistant. The ideal candidate will handle receptionist duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, and managing administrative tasks. Additionally, they will be responsible for lead generation or billing tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
2. Conduct lead generation activities through research, data entry, and outbound communication to potential clients.
3. Assist with billing tasks including invoicing, processing payments, and resolving billing inquiries.
4. Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
5. Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
2. Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or similar role.
3. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using office software and online communication tools.
6. Experience in lead generation or billing preferred but not required.
7. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
