Job Description

We are in desperate need of a talented young GUY (25 y/o or under) that can be our all-rounder.

In DLG an allrounder is a person that will have multiple roles which include:
-Communicate with the different departments and help them out.
-Deal with freelancers
-Setup Shopify stores
-Setup different software that the business needs (FunnelFlux, Zendesk and many more) = requires the person to be HIGHLY technical and HIGH IQ. He MUST be able to grasp ideas FAST and EXECUTE.
-Take translated advertorials and sales pages to then publish in Webflow.
-Preferably this guy should have SOME marketing knowledge and even better if he has E-commerce exp.
-He MUST be SUPER organized. If multiple tasks are delivered to him, he should be able to streamline them by prioritizing what’s most important and checking off EVERY task. There should not be anything that gets lost behind.
-Will be able to jump from department to department, brand to brand, offer to offer, he should NOT be a multitasker. He should be a FOCUSER. Meaning he does ONE thing and finishes the given task FIRST, before moving to the next.
-This person MUST be a go-getter and not afraid to take action on their own. Meaning, that they should not come to me and ask simple questions which he already knows the answer to OR can find with Google. He also needs to be a critical thinker when different challenges occur among the different departments.

What type of person:
-Ideally we would like this person to be from PH, BUT and a big but…
What i have noticed with PH culture is that people too often have a hard time taking action on their own. I constantly need to micro-manage, tell what to do and give approval. Many times the same person may have super solid ideas for the business but is afraid to propose it. Simply, the pro-activity is lacking and my experience is that they tend to not see the problems that is occurring around them. Instead I need to address them and THEN they realize there actually is a problem.

Example: CS Team: For months they keep complaining and raising flags about disputes. And for month i’m telling in the huddles to troubleshoot it and come up with a tackle plan how to minimize it. Months pass by until i get enough and trouble-shoot it myself and get us Aftership. (something that CS team EASILY could’ve found out without me)
